Where to start? Firstly to be honest I just don’t get it. Is it like women showing a bit of cleavage to court male attention? Are these guys showing a bit of ‘crack’ to solicit approaches from young men? Are times so tough they simply cannot afford a belt?

The look came from the ghetto in LA where poor families would pass down their brothers jeans; big bro was older and bigger hence the jeans would simply not fit and hang low. Not sure families resort to ‘handing down’ big bros jeans in the ghetto of the home counties where the look seems to prevail.

You just look like low-end rent boys advertising your goods for sale, or too poor to buy jeans that fit. Neither a desirable look duth make.
